Terms of Service & EULA - Roadster Challenge

License Notice: This software is licensed, not sold. By downloading, installing, or playing Roadster Challenge, you agree to these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA). On iOS devices, the application is also governed by Apple's standard EULA (Apple Standard EULA).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, launching, or using Roadster Challenge ("the Game"), developed and published by Soner Erdevir (Erdevir Labs) ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

2. Grant of License

Erdevir Labs grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on your authorized devices (Android, Windows, iOS).

3. In-App Purchases & Virtual Currency

The Game includes optional digital items and features:

Ad-Free Edition: A permanent non-consumable license that removes third-party advertising banners and interstitials. This purchase is tied to your store account and can be restored using the "RESTORE PURCHASES" feature.
Pro Tier Pass: Unlocks premium vehicles, custom neon paint skins, and experimental racetrack configurations.
All-Access Lifetime Pass: A single purchase unlocking all current and future premium garage assets and game modes.
Supercharger Packs & Virtual Coins: Consumable in-game currency used to upgrade chassis attributes, handling, and nitro speed. Virtual coins and energy cells possess no monetary value outside the game and cannot be redeemed for legal tender.

All in-app purchases are final and processed exclusively through the respective app store (Google Play, Apple App Store, or Microsoft Store) under their applicable refund guidelines.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, exploit bugs for malicious advantage, modify executable game files, or distribute unauthorized forks of Roadster Challenge. Circumventing store digital rights management or security mechanisms is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Erdevir Labs does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free gameplay across all device specifications or third-party operating systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Erdevir Labs and Soner Erdevir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the Game.
