1. Information Collection & Local Save Data

Local Save Data Only: Game progress, best scores and distances, mode records (Endless, Two-Way Rush, Time Attack), stunt challenge results, unlocked cars and perks, garage upgrades, coin balance, purchase entitlements (such as Pro or Remove Ads), theme choice (light, dark, AMOLED) and audio/control settings are stored locally on your device in the app's private storage. This data is never uploaded to Erdevir Labs. We have no remote save servers and no user profiles.

Device Information: The game reads technical device parameters (screen size, refresh rate, vibration support, audio state) only to render the game and provide smooth gameplay. Erdevir Labs does not transmit or store this information.

No Sensitive Permissions: The game does not access your contacts, photos, files, camera, microphone or precise location.

2. Advertising (Unity LevelPlay / Unity Ads)

The free version of Roadster Challenge shows ads (for example interstitial ads between runs, and optional rewarded ads you choose to watch for bonuses). Ads are served through Unity LevelPlay (Unity Technologies' ad mediation platform, formerly ironSource) and the Unity Ads network, and may be filled by other ad networks connected through LevelPlay mediation.

To deliver, measure, cap and protect ads against fraud, these SDKs may automatically collect:

• Your device's advertising ID (Google Advertising ID / AAID) or, if unavailable, an app-set ID;
• IP address and the approximate (country/city level) location derived from it;
• Device and OS information (model, OS version, language, screen size, network type, battery and volume state);
• Ad interaction data (ads shown, clicks, rewarded ad completions, install attribution).

This data is collected and processed by Unity and its mediated ad partners under their own privacy policies, not by Erdevir Labs. See the Unity Game Player & App User Privacy Policy and the Unity Privacy Policy.

Your Choices: You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time in your Android settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads or Settings > Google > Ads). Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK or certain US states), the game asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can play with non-personalized ads only.

Ad Removal: Purchasing Remove Ads, Pro or the Lifetime pass turns off interstitial ads. Optional rewarded ads remain available only if you choose to watch them.

3. In-App Purchases

Roadster Challenge offers optional purchases:

• Remove Ads (remove_ads): one-time, non-consumable purchase that turns off forced ads.
• Pro (pro_tier): one-time, non-consumable unlock of premium cars and Pro bonuses, with no forced ads.
• Lifetime Pass (lifetime_unlock): one-time, non-consumable unlock of all current premium content.
• Supercharger Pack (supercharger_pack) and Coin Packs (coin_pack_small, coin_pack_medium, coin_pack_mega): consumable in-game items and virtual coins.

Secure Store Billing: Payments are processed entirely by Google Play Billing (through Unity In-App Purchasing). Erdevir Labs never receives or stores your name, email, card or payment details. We only receive an anonymous purchase confirmation and token from Google Play, which the game uses on your device to unlock what you bought. Your entitlement is cached locally so purchases keep working offline, and you can restore non-consumable purchases at any time with the "Restore Purchases" button in the Shop or Settings. Google's handling of payment data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Updates, Reviews & Crash Diagnostics

The game uses Google Play's official In-App Update and In-App Review features. These are provided by Google Play on your device; Erdevir Labs does not receive your review identity through them. Google Play Console may provide us with aggregated, anonymous crash and performance reports (such as device model, OS version and stack traces), used only to fix bugs and improve performance.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

Roadster Challenge is an arcade racing game intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). If you believe a child has provided personal information through a third-party SDK, contact us and we will help you request deletion.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws:

• Access & Deletion: All game data is stored only on your device. You can delete it at any time by using "Reset Progress" in Settings, clearing the app's data, or uninstalling the app. See our Data Deletion page.
• Advertising Data: To access or delete data held by Unity for advertising, use the options in Unity's privacy policy linked above, or reset your advertising ID in Android settings.
• No Sale of Data: Erdevir Labs does not sell or rent personal information. You may opt out of personalized advertising as described in Section 2.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect platform compliance updates or new features. Any modifications will be posted to this URL with an updated effective date.
