1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Core Defender: Rogue Survivor ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

2. Grant of License

Erdevir Labs grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on supported devices (Android, Windows, iOS).

3. In-App Purchases & Virtual Currency

The Game includes optional in-app digital items:

• Ad-Free Edition: A non-consumable license that removes third-party advertising banners and interstitials. This purchase is tied to your store account and can be restored using the "RESTORE PURCHASES" feature.
• Gold Coins: In-game virtual currency used to unlock characters and forge permanent fortress upgrades. Gold coins possess no monetary value outside of the game and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.

All in-app purchases are final and managed through the respective platform app store (Google Play, Apple App Store, or Microsoft Store) under their respective refund policies.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, exploit bugs for malicious purposes, modify game files to distribute unauthorized forks, or attempt to circumvent store digital rights management systems.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Erdevir Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free gameplay across all possible hardware specifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Erdevir Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Game.
