1. Information Collection & Storage

Local Save Storage: All hero ranks, defense upgrades, collected gold, best kill streaks, and settings are written locally to your device's sandboxed user storage (user://survivor_defense_save.json). We do not operate remote user tracking databases.

Device Information: The game queries standard platform features (display resolution, refresh rate, audio status, touch/keyboard input) exclusively to render the game properly. This data never leaves your device.

2. In-App Purchases & Monetization

Core Defender offers optional digital purchases:

• Ad-Free Edition (remove_ads): A non-consumable permanent purchase that completely disables third-party advertising in the application and provides bonus gold.
• Commander Bundle (starter_bundle): Ad-Free Edition combined with a bonus supply of gold currency.
• Gold Coin Reserves: Consumable virtual currency packs (+1,000, +3,000, and +8,000 Gold) used for in-game forge upgrades and hero unlocks.

Secure Platform Billing: All financial transactions are processed securely and directly by Google Play Billing, Apple App Store (StoreKit), or the Microsoft Store. Erdevir Labs never collects, handles, sees, or stores your credit card, bank details, or billing address.

3. Advertising & Ad-Free Mode

For players using the standard version without the Ad-Free upgrade, the game may display non-intrusive advertisements served through Google AdMob or authorized store partners. These ad SDKs may collect anonymized, non-identifying telemetry (such as device type and advertising ID) in accordance with Google Play and Apple policies to deliver contextual ads.

Complete Opt-Out: Purchasing the Ad-Free Edition permanently suppresses and disables all advertisement SDK requests across the entire application.

4. Diagnostics & Crash Reporting

The game may utilize standard crash diagnostics provided by Google Play Console, Apple App Store Connect, or Microsoft Dev Center. These metrics are strictly aggregated, anonymous, and technical in nature (e.g. GPU crash backtraces, OS version distribution) to help us resolve bugs and optimize performance.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

Core Defender: Rogue Survivor is a fantasy strategy action game intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). If you become aware that a child has inadvertently submitted personal data, please contact us for immediate deletion.

6. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to Know / Access: You have the right to know what data is retained. All user data is contained in the local save file on your device.
• Right to Deletion: You can completely erase your data at any time via the in-game "RESET PROGRESSION DATA" button or by clearing application storage / uninstalling the app.
• No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third-party data brokers.

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect store requirements or feature enhancements. The latest version will always be published on this page with the effective date.
