1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Ezan Vakti Premium ("the Application"), developed and provided by Serdar Devir (Erdevir Labs) ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Application.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The Application offers premium features accessible via auto-renewable subscriptions (e.g., Monthly or Annual plans) and/or one-time lifetime purchases:

Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Account Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
Subscription Management & Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase (Apple Subscription Management Support).
Refunds: All purchases and refunds are processed exclusively by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies. We do not have direct access to your financial or billing information.

3. User Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how information is collected, processed, and safeguarded. By using the Application, you also agree to the data handling practices described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Permitted Use & Restrictions

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Application without prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Application will be completely uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Serdar Devir or Erdevir Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Application.
